Davide Filippini
A designer of processes first, advertising second.
Background
For 3 years I ran all the design for Metodo Merenda, one of the largest direct marketing companies in Italy. I directed the production of over 400+ campaigns (magalogs, sales letters, direct mail, landing pages, ads) where every element had to generate a measurable result.
It was work on industrial marketing processes. Every day we redesigned workflows to produce more things, faster, with fewer errors. There I learned that design is an operational function: what comes out at the end is the result of the process you built upstream, not the talent of any one person.
In 2024 I founded Keryx Design to apply the same method in the service of other companies, with a simple idea: design has to generate revenue, not win awards.
In 2025 I realized the same logic applies to the whole company. Not just marketing. All the internal processes.
Training
Direct Response Design: a full course with Lori Haller, one of the most influential figures in DR design in the United States. The method she applied to marketing design, I extended to redesigning internal processes: measure first, act after, never the other way around.
Ongoing training in: agent orchestration (MCP, LLM, automation), process mining, lean management applied to B2B services.
What I've built
Davide Hub
A local app to manage CRM, finances, timesheets and integrations with Brevo, Trello, Google Calendar and Mailchimp for my agency. What used to be 3 different tools plus manual copying is now one single system. 167 hours/year given back.
Keryx operating system
An architecture of 18 specialized AI agents (copy, design, dev, finance, legal, sales) with shared knowledge bases, MCP integrations and defined workflows. The operational equivalent of a team of 6-8 people, run by a single founder.
Inbox Voce
A pipeline that turns a voice note from the iPhone into automatic tasks, expenses logged in the books and scheduled follow-ups. 4 seconds of voice, zero minutes of transcription.
Pre-Flight Framework
A client validation methodology I apply before accepting a new engagement. 5 qualification gates, 4 micro-offers, 1 decision gate. It lets me say no when saying yes would have been a mistake.
Measurable results (previous experience)
Numbers verified from campaigns I directed or produced:
All real numbers, all documentable.
Philosophy
I don't sell trendy tools. I don't promise transformations. I don't use words like "revolutionary" or "disruptive".
My job is to figure out where your company loses time and money in its internal processes, and redesign them with the right tool. Today that tool is often AI. Tomorrow it'll be something else. The craft stays the same.
I work best with people who want to understand how something works, not with people looking for a shortcut.
