I set up the systems that take repetitive work off your hands.

From the first Hours Report to when it runs on its own.

First I measure how the work actually gets done. Then I build one piece at a time, on your own numbers. And I stay until the system keeps going without you.

01 / The method

First I measure, then I touch.

Too many automations run on work nobody ever really looked at. I do the opposite: first I come and see how your business runs, then we decide together where to step in.

I only get my hands on the parts where the return is clear, with your own numbers in front of us. If a part already earns its keep as it is, I tell you, and we leave it alone.

02 / Five checks

Five checks before we start.

I run them on every project. If one fails, we fix that before building anything on top.

1

Positioning

Is it clear what you sell and to whom? Without it, you just speed up the wrong work.

2

An urgent problem

Do your clients happily pay to solve it? If not, going faster gets you nowhere.

3

Access to clients

Can you reach them when you want? If not, we start there.

4

Response capacity

Who answers the leads, and how fast? More leads with no answer is just more mess.

5

Price

Are you selling at the right price? Running a wrong margin on autopilot only multiplies it.

Once all five pass, we build.

03 / The problem picks the tool

I don't sell software. I look at the problem and pick the tool.

Every case asks for something different. Almost always the answer is a mix of these four.

Drop the step

The fastest fix is to remove the loop. It happens more often than you'd think.

Redesign the setup

Move a responsibility, cut a useless approval. Sometimes software isn't needed at all.

Automate

Mature tools that connect what you already use. Stable and predictable.

AI, where it truly earns its place

Under the hood, when there's context to grasp or writing to do. Powerful, and I keep it under control.

04 / What I don't do

What I don't do.

  • Twelve-month contracts signed sight unseen.
  • Numbers promised before I've seen yours.
  • Tools you can't understand and keep running without me.
  • Big words like "digital transformation".
How we start

Three steps. You can stop at any of them.

I don't ask you to sign everything up front. We start with the first step, and at each one you decide whether to go on.

1
The first step

The Hours Report

On a call I watch how you work, and hand you a document with the tally of your hours: where the time leaks and how many hours a week you can put back in your pocket. All remote. It costs you less than 3 hours.

โ‚ฌ690

Credited to the project within 30 days. The document is yours either way: whether you go on with me or not, it stays with you.

2
I build the system

The custom project

After the Hours Report, you know where to step in. Here I build the system that takes that work off your hands: an automation, custom software, one less step. One piece at a time, starting with what weighs on you most.

From aroundโ‚ฌ2,000

The price depends on what I take off your hands, and we set it together after the Hours Report.

3
The follow-through

Made to Stick

A new system is worth nothing if nobody uses it. With Made to Stick I don't hand you a program and a manual: I put the way of working back on its feet and stay there until everyone uses it. Franco, the one who's been around for twenty years, only has to notice that his work now comes easier than before.

From aroundโ‚ฌ2,200

Set after a half-hour check. It doesn't end when the system is installed. It ends when it runs on its own.

Examples

Examples of what I build.

Every company has repetitive work that eats up the day. These are real examples, built and working.

Quotes write themselves

Now

Two hours redoing the same quote with four numbers changed.

After

You enter the data, it comes out ready in half an hour. With your own prices.

A voice note becomes a logged expense

Now

Receipts and notes that get lost.

After

You send a voice note, the expense is logged.

Built for me: Inbox Voce.

Content publishes itself

Now

You post when you have time, which is almost never.

After

You write once, it goes out on its own at the right moment.

Built for my LinkedIn profile.

The monthly report fills itself in

Now

Copy and paste into Excel at night.

After

The report is ready, updated, always the same.

Clients, income and hours in one place

Now

Three different sheets, nothing adds up.

After

One dashboard, updated without copying anything over.

Built for me: Davide Hub.

Follow-ups go out at the right time

Now

Quotes die in a drawer.

After

The reminder goes out on its own when it is needed.

You know where you earn and where you lose

Now

Scattered numbers, decisions by gut feeling.

After

One dashboard tells you what pays and what does not.

The 18 digital assistants that keep my business moving. They know my workflows and work with me every day. I can build a system like this inside your business too.

06 / Who it's for

Who it's for. And who it isn't.

It's for you if

You want to understand before you act. And if you can take being told that a process designed five years ago no longer holds up today.

It's not for you if

You're after someone to agree with you and get you to sign fast. They exist, and they cost less.
